Thank you for purchasing from ItsLyndseyKing / Embrace the Space LLC. Because our products are digital and delivered immediately upon purchase, we have a limited refund policy as outlined below.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the instant-access nature of our digital products (courses, prompt packs, downloadable PDFs, and similar materials), all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once a product has been accessed or downloaded.
Exceptions
We will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis if you contact us within 7 days of purchase and have not accessed the product. To request a review, email us at lreed92003@yahoo.com with your order details and reason for the request.
Duplicate Charges
If you were charged more than once for the same product due to a technical error, please contact us immediately and we will issue a full refund for the duplicate charge.
Chargebacks
